Situated in the heart of Kahana on 7 acres of beachfront land and spread amongst 4 buildings totaling 196 units, this spacious resort is ideal for families. Sands of Kahana offers a calm white-sand beach, a heated pool, a separate kiddie pool, a miniature golf course, oceanfront barbecue grills, tennis courts, 2 workout rooms, elevator and stair access, and a spacious oceanfront green lawn area for relaxation and sun bathing.

Royal Kahana
Maui oceanfront resort - Royal Kahana is conveniently located between the resort areas of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Royal Kahana features a heated pool, seasonal beach access, a large oceanfront green lawn that’s perfect for children to play and run around, a shuffleboard area, a ping pong table, a fitness center, elevator access, and free parking.
Each Royal Kahana condo features central air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer in the unit, and a balcony. Our ocean-view studio condo rental is fully renovated and beautifully furnished.

Royal Kahana Studio Condo
Our spacious studio that comfortably sleeps 4 guests has everything for a perfect Maui vacation. You can cook your own meals in a fully equipped kitchen or grab a takeout at a nearby restaurant and enjoy it on an ocean-view balcony. The condo is equipped with a washer & dryer, central air conditioning, wifi, a king-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper, and a 43-inch flat screen TV.
Kuleana Resort
Situated in a tropical garden setting, beachfront Kuleana is nested away in Kahana - located between resort areas of Kaanapali and Kapalua. Kuleana features access to a calm beach that is great for snorkeling. This location is perfect for seasonal whale watching from the beach or from the condo balcony. If you visit between the months of December and April, you might want to bring a set of binoculars to enjoy whale watching in more detail.
Kuleana resort also features an oceanfront green lawn area with comfortable lounge chairs, a heated pool, a barbecue area with gas grills, a shuffleboard play area, a ping pong table, a tennis court, a laundry room, and free parking.

Mahana at Kaanapali is a beachfront resort located at the north end of Kaanapali Beach. Napili Bay Resort Studio Condo
Napili Bay Studio offers a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals and enjoy them on the oceanfront balcony, or at the resort’s picnic area. The unit comes with a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa sleeper. Even though the condo is on a smaller side, 4 guests can comfortably sleep there. There's no air-conditioning, but louvered windows and ceiling fans keep the units fairly cool during the day.
