Kellys place was absolutely fantastic. Very clean and excellent cooking amenities for making your own meals. The downstairs beach bar offers amazing food and beverages for the times you dont want to cook. Close to everything in Maui and very quiet place. I would highly recommend this place to any families. Thank you so much for opening your home up to our family. We had a fantastic time in Maui and really enjoyed our view and cooking amenities. This was my 4th time staying at sands of kahana and enjoyed the property very much. The room was clean and very quiet for the mid day book reading or naps. Until next time, Mahalo!

Love this property. Quiet and relaxing. Noticed that the servers at the Beach House were a little more cordial this time. A spacious unit with an incredible view - whale watching from the balcony and amazing sunsets. The complex has some great amenities, including a pool and hot tub and access to a beach. Its a short drive to most of the recommended snorkeling spots, as well as shopping and downtown Lahaina. Will definitely be coming back.

Awesome location, incredible views, great layout for 5 people. We watched turtles from the balcony, enjoyed snorkeling right out front, and relaxed in the well equipped and comfortable condo. Sullivan Property Managers were super helpful and easy to communicate with. I’d stay here again for sure. As close to perfect as I can imagine.

The Sands of Kahana is a great vacation spot. The unit had plenty of space for our 6 family members. We appreciated having laundry facilities in the unit along with pool towels. The staff does a great job maintaining the grounds/building common areas as well as daily cleaning of the property barbecues. We are looking forward to a future Maui vacation.

Everything went smoothly with our time at Sands of Kahana 373, but there were also some exceptional memories. Being on the 7th floor allowed us to see more - including 2 sea turtles swimming along the beach and whales putting on a show in the channel.

The property is placed outside of the madness of Kaanapali, but close enough to visit when desired. This location made for a more relaxing time.

The amenities of home (kitchen and in-unit laundry) helped the stay feel comfortable instead of formal like a hotel.

We have booked several times over the years with Sullivan Properties and have recommended them often.

Everything we want out of a Hawaiian vacation is at our finger tips at the Sands of Kahana. We are returning for our 5th year next February.

Everything was great about our stay other than the television set up. it was just too darn cumbersome and nearly impossible to navigate to watch the simplest TV. Other than that ... outstanding ... and thank you to the crew at Sullivan Properties, especially Kim.

The Sands of Kahana is the perfect spot on Maui for a vacation. Unit 373 has the most incredible view from the lanai that it's hard to leave and go anywhere else. The Beach Bar & Grill is so convenient and the food and drink are delicious. Check in and check out were easy, parking was easy. I can't think of anything bad to say about our time at Sands of Kahana. By the first time we visited SoK was in 1985 when we lived on Oahu and I was a travel agent. I've recommended it ever since then for friends and family.

We are so happy we chose this place! The view and location was amazing. The place was very clean and extremely roomy, it also provides you with anything you need for daily living. We were able to hear and smell the ocean from the unit. The showers are amazing at this place, check in and check out was easy. Close to everything and yet far enough to feel “away”. You just take the elevator down and step over to the beach. Would stay here over and over again. Did I mention the view? I drank my coffee and watched the ocean on the balcony every morning. Something I’ll never forget.

This was our first time in Hawaii and our stay at Sands of Kahana was AMAZING! We can't wait to come back and we would try to stay in the exact same unit. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the view was spectacular. One of our favorite parts of our trip was just watching the whales and turtles from our balcony. The communication with the property owners was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone going to Maui. We made awesome family memories here! Mahalo!

We had an excellent time at the Sands of Kahanna #373. The condo was very spacious and attractive. We were travelling with 4 grown children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Liked the large kitchen. The views from the lanai were outstanding! We saw humpback whales and turtles while sipping our coffee.The beach outside the building was lovely and very good for boogie boarding and swimming. The Sands of Kahana is also close to some great snorkeling beaches. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a few more utensils and wine glasses etc to the kitchen; however, that is a very minor point and didn't impact on our enjoyment of the place at all. We can't wait to come back!

We had a spectacular time at our oceanfront condo at Sands of Kahana. The room was clean, spacious and perfect for our week-long stay...and the view was OUT OF THIS WORLD!

First, The unit has a 5-star view. The kitchen and baths are nicely remodeled. Overall the unit is in great shape. The only negative is the age and wear of the mattresses and pillows. Time to replace those. Mattresses and pillows aside, the place is great!

Great view, condo was clean and modern. Facilities were nice. Staff at concierge were a bit understaffed due to COVID. Restaurant staff were not really that enthusiastic and we did eat there 4 times in our u day stay. . We were turned away at 7:20 pm on a Thursday night (our last night) for dinner when they had several available tables and were supposed to be open until 8pm. They said they were done for the night. This was after we stood there at the door for 15 minutes waiting for 1 of the restaurant staff to even acknowledge us. Overall we loved Kahana and Wished we could have stayed longer.
